  • If you have downloaded (or attempted to download) a trail or received a printed trail with unsatisfactory results we want to make things right.

Our policy offers a full, no-hassle refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve. We can offer a replacement, repair or refund of our products under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the digital product due to a technical issue, or a problem that prevents you from downloading the product.
  • Non-delivery of a physical product.
  • Defective or damaged digital product. Although our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.
  • Defective or damaged physical product e.g. due to printing errors or damage during delivery.
  • Product not-as-described (if the product is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose). Before making a purchase, please read product descriptions and view product images carefully to prevent this type of claim.

If you opt for a refund, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of the issue being acknowledged. If you opt for a repair or replacement and we are unable to fix the issue, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of ascertaining that the issue cannot be resolved. Please fill in our online customer service form for any repair, replacement or refund request. You may need to submit proof of the issue (for example a physical copy of a trail damaged during delivery).

In addition to the above, and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 working days of receiving our physical and digital products (so long as you have not downloaded the digital product made available).
